Both times I've been there, although the store is crowded, they only have 2 employees working. The first time, the employee was nice, the second time, she was fairly rude and unhelpful, so I guess...

Fast service, our guy Chris was patient with us... He kept apologizing for AT&T. HA... My issues are with AT&T, not this store.
