Rated 0 STARS--The young lady greeter was the nicest part of our experience. We came in to get a phone upgrade and as my name appeared #1 the #2 person was serviced after a 40 minute wait. Very disappointed we went to the door and asked to be removed from waiting list because I believe other AT&T stores or a competitor may give me better service. Went in to get a new phone & they were absolutely terrible.the lady that helped me was so pushy and they didn't want to accept my ID since I had to get new license & I had my expired one & the one from the DMV.Then i waited around to get my info transferred to my new iphone 5s and she had no idea what she was doing & I wasted time for nothing because she couldn't figure out the issue.worst...
