They had a promo going in Dec. to waive activation fees. My contract was up and I had free upgrades. First bill came no activations were waved. Upgrades weren't waved. So I had to call customer service to get corrected. Then I had added two lines for my kids with a few accessories. They didn't use the cover protectors.
