I checked with the BBB before taking my 2003 Dodge truck in for a transmission rebuild. The customer service and the work that was performed was exactly what I wanted. I will tell all of my friends to go to J&M Transmission in OREM!

Bad experience all around. Rude and inconsiderate staff, never kept their promises. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and left me high and dry for over a month while they "played" as they said, with my car.
