Do not do business with Atomic Park! I am convinced the testimonials on their site are made up. I ordered a keyboard from a "add to cart" type button and the keyboard I received was not what I ordered. I called but could not even leave a message because the mailbox is full. There have been no responses to my emails, which is the only way they say on the phone to get customer service....

I sent it back with the RMA number. I waited a long time and when I sent several emails, they claimed that they have not received it. When I provided the UPS tracking number and the person who...
Placed order 11-26, they charged my c.c. 11-27, can't even get product in to send to me. Have spoken with cust. ser. several times and can't seem to get anyone to take care of getting my money back. I've never dealt with a com. that takes your money before they ship what it was you ordered.

It seems there are only 4 employees at this company and they dont have a clue what they are sending you.

Their website is misleading about the product. I am having a difficult time trying to get a refund of my money. I have asked about other printers they have and their product info is incorrect about all the printers I asked...
