The food is fine. The service is horrible if you get a girl with blonde sloppy hair. We waited 20 minutes before she took our order. While eating we ran out of water and not once did she even stop by to ask us if we needed anything. She had a large table and when they left, they left a dollar tip because of her horrible service. We didn't leave a penny. Get a new waitress!

Although under the same owner, this location apparently has different on site management & staff. Burgers have been consistently over-cooked and buns have been dry... Not the same experience at all vs their original St Paul Street location.

I've yet to find a better burger than the Sobelman burger. I eat there nearly every time I get to Milwaukee. Great atmosphere and Hacker Pschorr on tap, to boot. Order the cheeseballs.
