We had a weekend stay here last September and was pleasantly surprised. Not your 5 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. We had the double suite, which had a separate bathroom, which made it very spacious. The staff was very nice and professional. This is excellent overall hotel. The location is great and in the heart of Rehoboth.You can walk to shops, restaurants, the beach and the boardwalk. The parking is also free, that is an added bonus! I can not wait to go back next year !

I had bad information between the booking web site and the Inn and that has all been cleared up. Thank you Penny! I appreciate your help with a future reservation. I deleted my bad review and replaced it with an excellent one. It's always better to talk to the hotel directly. Live and learn!

I've stayed here about 6 times because of the location and free/ample parking. It's only a few blocks to the beach and right next door to shops and restaurants.
Do not expect anything fancy, because it's not. But if you want a place that has a great location, is reasonably priced, then stay here.
