I had an ipod that needed to be fixed didnt know what was wrong with it. I gave them the ipod and they said they would run a free diagnostic. I had to call them and ask about it two days later because I had no contact from them. At first they told me it would cost 75 dollars to fix when I told them the apple store was charging me less they dropped it to 65 then 45. I agreed with the price and four days later I was told to come pickup and pay for my ipod. when I drove up to the store they told me all they had done was reset my ipod and that didnt fix it so they had my ipod for 6 days and still did not know what was wrong with it yet I was told he couldnt go under 45 and he didnt know what was wrong with it. They are unprofessional and lie do not give them any business I would like to see all of their stores go out of business. I did not have time for games. and im sure that you customers dont either I am still looking for a place to get my ipod fixed as this happened last week any tips would be greatly appreciated
First of all, is there a way I can give no stars at all? They don't even deserve one star. Very unprofessional and deceiving. Seriously, take your computers else where if you want to see and use...

Best buy and geek squad are across the street. do not use these guys. They will give you no written paper work. I paid them to fix a computer for me last July. everytime the owner told me to pick it up it was not done. I paid 200.00 in advance they told me that they could not fix my computer but for a dditional 100.00 dollars they would sell me a computer replacement. they never did this. I wanted my computer back and they gave me a computer that looked like mine. The one they gave me back was minus a hard drive. They will not give refunds and very little paper work do not pay in...
This place is alright it is not better than Dave and Busters but it is not bad. I think they should have a better game variety rather than only having a few good games.
