Living at these apartments is worth the price, cheap and non-what, but when moving out they charge you a lot of money with fees unknownly. It's not worth it, you can find a better place to live than here.
Walls and ceiling seem to be thick enough to block out most noises. it's older so of course it has its little troubles, but maintenance is usually on top of it if it's urgent, otherwise within a day or two.
