There's a swimming pool for the hot summer days and it's right next to the office. If there is a problem in your apartment, they will send someone to fix it right away. Cheapest 1 bedroom in town that's decent, landlord office people are useless. Carpets old, needs remodel, parking lot full of holes. Maintenance staff have sticky fingers, so stay home if they need to enter your apartment for any reason.
