So I have lived here for 8 months and of course it's income base so your residence isn't that great... kids out all night... disrespectful... Bats flying around at night... stay 2 yourself and u will be ok... kids kicked ball and broke window... I live near front office... it's ok for the time being

I love the apartment very spacious but, the neighbors and neighborhood is very poor. No security gates. Pool always dirty. Parking is poor. Alot of hanging out and visitors at all times of night!!! I do not feel comfortable, and my kids do not like going outside because they do drugs at the playground where the kids play.

I just moved to Aspen Park and i must say that i really like it. Susan who works in the office helped us out in our paperwork to lease our apt. I love the price im paying which is $100 less from our last apt. Good thing is that is a small apt community. Who ever is looking for affordable apts this is the place. The only negative thing is that its located on beechnut and I've never live on this...

Too many young kids hanging out on steps throughout complex smoking weed. Outside of that it seems to be a nice place. Wish they could clean that up. Help out parents.
