Service contract was a joke. The service tech unplugged the wires from a coil in our AC condensor (discovered later) during service then when we called him back to say our AC wasn't working he came back (after several calls to the rude lady in the office) to say we needed a new condensor for $1,500 minimum. I kicked the technition off of my property and had another company come out. He took...

Very professional and honest. They were very conscientious about keeping my house clean as they did their work. The owners Gary and Mark seem very knowledgeable and we're able to go over all the options to pick out the right one for our home. It's nice to see a company have good knowledgeable service technicians not part changers.
