High pressure sales of items not covered by Insurance. Poor abilty to explain charges and have over charged me twice! Have to wait 10 days for a credit back to my credit card. These people are well trained in sales, but very poorly trained in customer service.

Jessie was the tech who got me started and did my x-rays. She was very sweet and friendly as well as extremely professional. A great combination and an excellent asset to the team. Also, I want to praise the dentist who did my exam, Dr. Mandava. He was impressive with his knowledge and clear explanations and willingness to answer all my questions. He was also very professional and had a great demeanor with me as his patient. He has a gentle touch and empathy for the patient while doing the exam which to me is very appreciated and shows his care and concern for the patient's comfort. ...

The whole Aspen Dental team in Hixson, TN is great!! They have taking very good care of me and making me feel better about my self!! The whole experience is amazing from the X-rays to fillings to my extraction and my cleaning everyone was friendly and professional! Dr. Boling and her team are great and I recommend them to anyone!
