the staff was very unprofessional. never returned phone calls. not a place you want to live.
I lived here for a year and in that time span there has been over 20 car and home break-ins. This is a gated community and it's still a problem. Totally not safe!!!! I will NEVER refer anyone to reside here.
During a recent move in, the staff was delighted to assist me with my relocation from another state. I am within minutes of the Mall, Banks, Transit Rail Station and college campus. You could not ask for a better location!!!!!
I had a peeping Tom and they did not do anything to try to even move me into another apartment and then the guy only got caught cause he tried doing the same thing to some little kids and the situation with me was for weeks not just a one time incident. The leasing office is rude and they do not take care of you.
i havent had a problem yet but i do have an alarm in my apt and on my car. i keep my interactions with neighbors down to a minimum also. i like that its near train station and around the corner from downtown. SOME people that live here can sometimes make it annoying but i think it all comes down to what you choose to make of it! better than most apartment complexes in sw atlanta. trust me.
