This facility has gone through some major changes. Just about everything has been updated or is being updated. My mother recently moved into one of the newly renovated rooms on hall four and loves it. Even though the facility has made major improvements in the building and in staff, there is still room for improvement so I didn't give 5 stars. I'd like to see the nursing staff and CNA's be a...

Ashford Hall has changed so much since I first took my mother there. We considered other facilities for awhile, but it's just so close to where we live. They've been doing a complete renovation and the building looks great compared to what it ussed to be like. The staff is much friendlier and much more responsive when we have questions or concerns, but it is a big place and they are very busy...
