Worst company ever. Try to cancel service and they continue to charge you, try to get it refunded and tuff luck. Never trust ASG again. Its bad when your security company steals from you!!

BE AWARE!!! This company has NOOOOO sense of customer service and literally tells lie after lie. I have NEVER encountered service this poor in my life!!! It's been 6 days and counting that I've been trying to speak to a manager and I have yet to get one phone call. The contracts are faulty and so is the staff. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. Wish my builder wouldn't have used this company. Can't get them here for any issues. I DO NOT recommend using this company for ANYTHING!

This company should be ashamed of itself. The rep. never explained the automatic renewel after three years and now they want me to pay for 2 more years of service. Their reps. do not know English and when you get someone who speaks English they are rude! Do not go with this company. signed up with ASG because my neighbor said that they had a good price. Little did I know, my neighbor was getting free monitoring for having me sign up. So, they did a fair job at the beginning, but this last year they never called when the alarm went off. So I would consider that poor service since one break-in is all it takes for a real problem.

Now here comes the bad part, when you sign a 3 year contract with ASG, which is legitimate because they need to pay off the equipment, they have a clause that states that they re-up the contract for 2 years without notification if you do not...
