Called here twice once to go to Korea and the second time to go to Jamaica and both times no one called me back. Never again! How unprofessional.

John with Ascot Travel helped with my honeymoon/destination wedding in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. John helped reserve the date with the resort, followed up with us to make sure we were able to get what we wanted with the resort's wedding planner. He then helped reserve the trips for my family and friends and went through the trip step by step with everyone, so there were no surprises. He even called us the day we arrived at the resort to make sure everything was fine. I can recommend everyone use Ascot Travel.

Both Janet and Brenda at Ascot Travel helped me with a carnival cruise from Texas. They found me a great price and included $100 onboard credit that helped cover my bar tap, tips, etc.. Both had been on the ship before, so they have lots of helpful advise.
