Horrible communication. I simply wanted a quote for getting my bridesmaid dressed hemmed. I asked for one over the phone & the owner said she would have to see me in person. I drove all the way in and showed her the dress on me. She told me the hem would be $50, are you kidding me??! I told her I will go somewhere else. She then tried to charge me $10 for a fitting!! I will not be back.

ASAP Alterations was recommended to me by a local dry cleaner for my zipper replacements. ASAP replaced a zipper in my purse and on my cushion cover for my sofa. She was professional, efficient, gave me an accurate estimate of the cost and completion of project. I'll definitely go back when I need alterations and I fully recommend this tailor. :)
