I leased my daughters instrument through Art's Music. They were absolutely wonderful for two years. I could call at any time and get a person on the phone to help us work through any kind of issue. I will definitely use them again for my younger daughter when its time for her to choose an instrument.

Awful service. They had me on hold for a long time. It eventually ran out of songs to play. They need to work on that.

WAY overpriced for poor quality. Shop up the road at GC (they'll price match just about anyone) or go online. Only go here if you need it today and there are NO other options. Also, Art's rental policy is absurd and overpriced; you can rent an instrument for your kid anywhere else, including online with free shipping, for much less than Art's. I don't know how they're in business.

GREAT selection!! Worth the trip. I have not found another store with a better selction. Prices seem to be in line with the mass retailers. Sales guy was very helpful. WOW!
