Had the worst experience from the new skin care person Cindy..I would never recommend her and she left alot of hair after my wax.. Also double dipped. Which I'll be calling state board on. Gross!

Very frustrated with customer service. I was given a gift certificate for being a "coaches" wife. I made an appointment last week- showed up, but they said the gift certificate was redeemable to use with a specific staff person. I rescheduled for today, arranging child care for my 4 boys. Beautiful salon. Talented stylists. We drive from Anderson to Artistic Cutters. My boys are choosy patrons and Jessica can give them the stylistic cuts they ask for. Rock star service.
