I've recently been apartment shopping and finally found Arterra Woods in Bothell, WA. Arterra-Woods apartments and every other apartment (that is decently/affordably priced) is like night and day. Other apartments looked like they hadn't been updated in decades, were in undesired parts of town and just didn't meet the basic standards any apartment should. We had an issue with our pets, and the Manager screamed at us, and then gossiped to the other residents. This was humiliating. To top it off, after we moved out she tried to charge us almost $2,000.00 for random bogus fees. Location is nice, but the manager there is AWFUL. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, IT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO RENT FROM.

Without any official word to residents about a condo conversion, a large sign was posted at the entrance of the complex a couple of days ago - announcing condominium presales. Adding insult to injury, it blocks the view when pulling out onto Bothell-Everett Hiway! I don't know if they're still trying to rent out units, but beware!

When i moved in this was a great place to live. It has gone down hill for about the last 8 months. There have been so many manager changes we don't know who is in charge. I'm staying because of location for my children's schools, but as soon as my lease is up i'm out of there!

Totally lame that the manager has to write their own reviews to pump up the ratings. The emer maintenance number has been disconnected and the office is now closed on weekend. So good luck getting hold of anyone if you have to work from 8-5. I'm starting to wonder if the owner are getting ready to sell or ....uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
