I had a tint job done on my LS460 about nine months ago. After experiencing reception problems with AM stations, I finally got around to contacting Sammy recently to see if he thought he could resolve the problem. I felt welcomed and Sammy offered to do what was necessary to fix my problem. He replaced the tint with a different product on my back window and the problem was resolved. It is good to know that there are good business owners out there who value their customers and their reputation. I would definitely recommend this company for your needs.

You might want to look at the problem then. I have had a tint shop for 30 years in the DFW metro area.......and I have not had 1 bad review ever. There has to be something other than the exscuse that you cant make everyone happy, because we do with no problem, and have for the last 30 years. I have had my truck and my wife's two cars tinted with Artech. They used to be the name you wanted on your tint. Recently my driver side window on my truck developed waves that make it very hard and dangerous to see out.
