I started my aerial workouts at this studio and I loved it a lot. I've been doing it now for a year and then started going to their sister studio in Lomita because it has higher ceilings and more challenging classes aerial wise. Highly recommend this workout.

She is a certified yoga instructor through the White Lotus Foundation, and has an advanced certification in Aerial yoga, Reiki and Qi gong. She has had the privilege of studying with Ganga White, Tracy Rich, Ken Bond, Sven Holcomb, Ilchi Lee, Dr Todd Gibson, Christopher Harrison and currently she continues her aerial arts practice with Terry Beeman.
