A truly awful service experience from this company with no answers. We are being forced to use ARS/Rescue Rooter through our home warranty company. We had a hot water heater go out and have had to shut off our water. We confirmed with ARS at 2PM on Sunday that they would be out to our house the next day between the hours of 1-6PM.
