Felt like I was an impostion. Doctor reviewed my xray. Told me the problem. The casting went well. I did not ask for something for the pain at first. The Doctor came out on his own and said the pain will go away when the fractor heals. I later asked for something for the pain from the Med asst. She said to take tylonel. I said I needed something prescribed. than was told that would interfere...
started out rough with the back office and getting my surger going. Had to complain to supervisor and then everything went fast ofter that. Dr Steinmen is the best. My recovery is going very well and no pain. Would have given 5 stars,but the office staff was hard to get someone to call back, get the ball going, etc. Dr Steinmen is amazing!!!
Great Doctor. But I had sevderal problems with a specific rude nurse by the name of Tina. I also had a difficult time getting my surgery scheduled. It took approx. 6 weeks to get my surgery scheduled do to a lack of communication from the nurses.
The physicians at Arrowhead are beyond compassionate and explain everything without dumbing it down. They really take the time to review a patients overall health to aid them in treating their orthopaedic ailment...I really appreciate that and thinks is something physicians sorely lack nowadays---but not here.
