This is the best bar and Texarkana in my opinion .Mind you if you think about a bar as a club with dance music constantly this place is not for you,but if you enjoy a beer bar eerwith a good old juke box with plenty of Bob Wills and Hank Williams Sr. on it you will fall in love just as I did.The Arrow takes you back in time where people care about each other and will do anything for you and a...
