My subfloor was not totally replaced, before they laid my expensive tile down. The floor is not level it slopes All the way back to the baseboards. The original tile guy hung the wall tile 31/2 inches too high. I put a tile floor pattern down for them. He completely messed it up. And broke several pieces of expensive tile. He also miss measured what I needed for the wall trim. So the door...

Very professional. They had all the right tools to get the job done. They came on schedule and completed the job in one day, They had to take out an old tub and there was no mess to clean up after the job was finished. The shower shelf was the wrong color and they let me know right away. They said they would correct the mistake within two weeks. Its been over two weeks and I haven't hear from...

They were very nice people, but the job took much longer than quoted, and I think they were way over-priced for what they did. The subs they hired: one was competent, and one seemed to be learning on-the-job.
