We've had a bad septic and drainage problem for years. Severe odors coming into the house, outside near the tank and in general we have to call someone out here about 3-4 times a year to pump our tank.! We backed up (again) two Sundays ago. We decided to call Arne's because of his funny radio ads. Even though it was Sunday morning, he insisted that he come right out and fix our problem. (I assumed we wouldn't see him for a matter of days) He pumped the septic tank out, climbed inside and found the problem in a matter of minutes. He returned right away with a Van and a trailer with a jet machine on it. Within 3 hours, he cleaned our drain field. We especially liked the fact that he explained everything to us as he did it so we could understand the problem and costs. We have been enjoying long showers, the use of our laundry again and he has been out twice to check on things without charging us extra for it. The septic and drainage system has been restored 100% and is working perfectly and we don't have to worry anymore about using too much water!!!! Thank you Arne! We highly recommend "Arne's". These guys are good! Price was fair and they were here within an hour to clear our line. Their personnel, trucks, equipment and professionalism blew us away! If yoy're having any issues with a drain or your sewer line, these guys are the only ones to call in our opinion.
I was very impressed with the thourough job they did inspecting the sewer lines & answering all my questions. I Will be using them again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future!!
By far, the best company around for septic tank pumping and drain cleaning. Weve used them twice and they answer their phones 24/7! Nice people and they have great equipment.
