We recently hired Armstrong Citywide Inc to refinish floors in a remodel. Their work was sloppy, and unprofessional. The flooring had cracks so wide that 2 quarters could fit in it. We wanted to resolve this issue with them, but they will not fix their mistakes. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
I had another company install, sand and finish my great room and screwed it up. I called Armstrong-citywide to come look at it. Joe promptly came out and gave us a bid to re do it.
