Michael Barton came to our rescue. When we called, he was up front about the price. We felt like valued customers. We hope we never have this problem again but if we do, we'll call them again.

ATTENTION, DO NO USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! Same story as the other reviews. We called and this company didn't show up for 50 minutes and then charged $118 on top of the $19 we were originally quoted. It took the locksmith 5 minutes to open the lock. This place is a rip off!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are crooks with no morals. We were also quoted $25 and then a $19 travel to location fee. Upon unlocking the car they wanted $100. I talked to the technicians manager on the phone and she said the technician determine the fee, but then the technician told me the office tells him what to collect. A tricky "he said, she said" game leaving the customer completely...

These guys are crooks. They quoted $25 fee and a $19 fee over the phone but when they technician unlocked the car he wanted $100. I called and spoke to his manager and she was no help. Very unprofessional, very rude. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Same reviews as everyone else. Deceiving. They left my wife freezing out in the cold for an hour. 20 min my butt. DONT ever use this scam of a company.
