Star Travel Center at the top of the hill.
We stopped for gas and decided to eat. I had a great Texas Reuben - the pastrami must have been house smoked - tender and tasty. No atmosphere but nice portions and the hand cut fries were crispy and good.
Good food, sweet waittress, a great place to take my grand babies we got waited on and they brought coloring sheets for my grand babies. Got our food in a timely mamner. I would go here again
We always stop here on our way to Dallas. I love the gas station side. There is also a western clothing store and a restaurant. This stop we ordered food from the grill on the gas station side. The people were friendly, apologetic because there was a rush so you had to wait, and the food was AMAZING. I also...
Good home cooking of all varieties. Service was prompt and they kept my tea filled up. Had the hopped steak and it was very good. Another dinner had the blt and the bacon was generous. Would go back when in the area. Went this time because they were open on Sunday night.
Same old greasy spoon ...nothing spectacular...it will do if your hungry...food was barely warm and the fries were like licking a salt block
