There has been many changes at Arlington South. We have a new managment company that has got rid of many bad tenants. Also they have renovated all the hallways and put in new carpet. All the apartments are very nice and updated. The staff is great and matnaince is very quick at getting things done when needed.

Seems that the review prior is not of a resident. It's clearly management. Since they put the lipstick on a pig, it's not improved.
