Not only did I recieve a $10,000 couch that is stained and they refused to give me to warrenty as promised, I NEVER got the matching ottoman and it took 9 months to arrive. Then they charged my Amex card without asking me. And my bill was all wrong and confused. A table arrive with a crushed leg. All they wanted to do was charge the card they had on file and once the delivery arrrived they...

I ordered slipcovered chairs (2) in December, was told it would be at least 8 weeks - possibly 10 for delivery - and it is now April 17th and still no chairs!
