Arhaus has exemplary customer service - simply the best.I bought 2 large dining tables worth $3000 from them a couple of years ago.I had some minor issues with both of them, and called the store.They immediately agreed to ship a new replacement table free of cost (based on my word alone), and credited me some money for the other one. They are not cheap - but definitely worth it
