Was their tenant in 2010/11.
The apartment was good - clean tidy place, very quiet. Called service couple of times, they came the same day. Liked that. One little

problem - their plumbing is very old, one bathroom always smelled bad.

What I didn't like, was their management actions:
My lease was for 6 months, $1850/mon. After 3 months they sent me notice of rent increase...

Someone called them on at least one of their bad management practices: Thought rent was awful before? Imagine what they're going to do now that they settled a lawsuit and owe $500,000.

I have lived here for the past two years and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The community is conveniently located to everything and is well-kept. The staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is not having a washer and dryer in my apartment. I hate lugging my laundry basket twice a week to the laundry facility but I guess it's saving me money in the long...

Great location, nice facility.... excellent staff DO NOT MOVE IN HERE AND LIVE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR. It is miserable and sounds like a heard of elephants above you. Move elsewhere. They know it too. Thats why they only allows large pets upstairs. Dont be fooled like we were.

Overall my experience wasn't that bad, the noise level was my only issue (too many screaming kids, paperthin walls, & loud bathroom fan). Once my lease was up they tried to raise the rent $200 a month (not worth it) then they kept my deposit for small carpet stains.
