i like living here, i like the streams that they have running through out the whole place, the people are nice, but i DO NOT like how they accept pets here but you cant even have a fence that will close off your outside patio
I really like it here. The management and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. If there's ever a problem they take care of it right away. The apartments are nice and it is wonderful having a washer and dryer in unit. The streams that flow through the landscaping make it a very peaceful place. It's a little bit expensive but I definitely think it's worth it.
high turnover, very high rents higher than any other in the area. Not a safe place to live. Dealers, pimps and gangstas will steal your stuff!
This is a beautiful and clean copplex. Ive lived here almost 2 years and ive loved every minuet ive been here
This used to be a nice place. Now a bunch of Irish 'females' have moved in and are making it hell. Can't get near the BBQs, hot tub, they think the own the place. Noisy, cigarette ends everywhere and last night, vomit outside the front door. Complained to the office and no difference, if they prefer to have noisy short term renters. I am moving out as soon as possible.
