Archives Restaurant Restaurant Review

This sophisticated, quiet restaurant in the Brooklyn Marriott serves up only breakfasts these days, but if you’re in need of a hearty start, Archives is as good a place as any. There are no surprises on the menu---just the usual American breakfast items, from eggs to griddle favorites.

Dependable digs boast consistent service and ample amenities.

Want a Dresser to Put your Clothes Away, Forget about it

We were attending a wedding in Brooklyn and this hotel was close to the venue. We are Marriott Platinum Elite and expected a nice experience.
We flew from SJ, CA via LA to JFK. A long trip...Then we took a horrible cab ride to the hotel. They are tearing up the streets in Brooklyn and that's a good thing, but...

Great location and price, good amenities

Good pool and gym. Sauna and hot tub could have been hotter. Seems like this is a popular venue for weddings (there were 12 the weekend we were...

Excellent Hotel and Great Location

We stayed at the hotel with family for a wedding. We stayed there for four nights. It is located at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge which made travel into Manhattan a breeze. It is well maintained and the staff was excellent.
We took advantage of the pool and spa and they are well maintained and the attendants took care...

Best Hotel in Brooklyn

Rooms are terrific with every amenity imaginable including giant flat screen tv, great sofa and lounge chair area, and terrific bed. The health club with its large pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna is outstanding. Wonderful restaurants and club lounge.

We stayed here one night while visiting Pratt, to which it is conveniently located.
The super-helpful staff advised us not to pay for parking, as we were staying there on a Saturday night, and there was ample street parking. The staff member walked us out to the street to show us where he thought we should park, which was above...
