I needed to have a server enclosure delivered to a residential address. VERY UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bad experience from the beginning...the staff was generally short-answered, borderline rude and had an attitude making me feel like "I wasn't worth his time". Then, to top it off, when I realized I had made a mistake and came to return a portion of the items two weeks later, UNOPENED, I was forced to give them 15% "restocking" fee - does anyone even do that...
