Went to the drive thru. The lady who took my order was rude. Pulled up to get my order the boy in the window was rude never spoke or acknowledged he had a customer just like the lady who took my order. Don’t expect a thank you because it’s not in their vocabulary and my food was cold. I will never go back and defrost not recommend anyone going there. The location is at 10118 S Memorial, Tulsa, Ok.

Just watched a commercial for Arby's bacon/beef sandwich pictured below. What they advertise and what you will see on their menu is something you will never receive. The sandwich you receive is usually half the size of the ad or the picture and sometimes even less. They should force marketing people to either correctly represent what you will receive or force the restaurants to sell you what...

Really sad state of affairs when you order a roast beef and cheddar max without a bun and you only get one ingredient of your order. I got the beef, but the cheddar was absent. Seriously though I wasn’t being too complicated. Guess I was wrong. Over priced lunch meat. Arby’s used to be so good and it’s just lacking these days. Really disappointing.
