You need to teach your employees how to read. Not once that we've been here in the last 6 months has our -entire- order been right. Ever. Everything was right on the receipt, and yet when we get home, something is always wrong. Never fails. Probably won't be back until I can tell you've provided basic reading for everyone who works there.
