Typically when we have gone through Arby's drive up window they are very patient and considerate of the time it takes for us to order. This time through they rushed us through even trekking me our total and to pay at the second window before we were finished with our order. The place was busy but the order taker was fast. The wait was reasonable. I had heard that the Ruben was good and ordered it. What a mistake! While waiting for the order I attempted to go out the back door to get some pills from the car and it was locked. It was not marked with a sign or...

This restaurant has recently been remodeled and it's gorgeous. It's clean and inviting. Employees are friendly and smiling. The food is always hot and tasty. The menu should satisfy anyone's needs. Sit down area is new and clean. I would give it MORE THAN five stars if I could.
