Got a coupon so I headed to the Parkesburg Arby's. Hadn't been there for about a year. The parking lot and restaurant looked clean and maintained. The counter staff was friendly (even smiling!)...

Wife picked me up a sandwich on her way home. Ordered me a gyro while I was on the phone. She ordered beef. Illiterate moron working the drive through asked "turkey?" She replies "no, beef"....

I am not a big arbys fan but the few times I've dined here it was still very enjoyable. The food was prepared quickly, the restaurant was cleanly, and the staff was courteous.

Asked for barbecue sauce. Extra barbecue sauce in fact. They made me pull up and wait 10 minutes for my fries. Never got barbecue sauce. U rock, Mark. Sincerely, I just want my sauce.

Arby's roast beef is actually very good. It is available as a sandwich, alone or with sides. We get the roast beef without the bread...just the portion of roast beef that is normally in a sandwich. They will tell you how many ounces are in the various sizes. Very Good roast beef to carry out and back to your own...
