I have never had unfriendly service here, and I have been here many times. I like that they have a value selection, if you don't want to spend as much. The food has always been hot and good.

Radio was static, complained twice, sandwich was dry, jamocha shake was stale, not happy. Forgot my sons shake. Manager had no time for me.

I like the Oshkosh Arby's, because the service has always been friendly, and fast. It's tastier and better than other fast food places...not your usual greasy burger and fries.

This location seems to have a problem with under cooking its roast beef.

The service is always good and people are friendly. The only thing that I don't like, is sometimes it is hard to find a clean table. The food is always good...love the Hawaiian BLT...the shakes are delicious and a good value. I like that they have a value menu now.
