Horrible customer service. There is one person on the entire staff that is kind to you. Only care about selling you stuff.

Stopped in here for lunch and found a great staff. The food was made fresh to order, everything was as expected and the service was quick.
Overall I like Arby's and the food you find is usually consistent so its the staff that seems to make the difference usually and this place did well.

Very disappointed with Arbys, this is the 2nd time in a row that we have gone through the drive thru and we get home and we are missing a complete meal. I call and get I am sorry, if you come back we will give you a coupon. You can keep your coupon and you can keep your business, because we will not be visiting Arbys in Manitowoc again.

Drive through is sometimes a bit slower. So don't come here if your in a rush. Good food though. Love the curly fries.
