Came in last night for Sandwich, moz. Sticks and Drink. The person at the other end of the speaker was very short and abrupt with questions. Drink came...no straw...asked ....never received....

We visit about 6 times a year. It's a very pleasant interior with a friendly staff. Had the fried turkey sandwich today and it was delicious .

Good food! Always fresh! This location is staffed by very friendly people. The manager seems very nice and hands-on, he was greeting different tables and very friendly and helpful. It is fast food...

We stopped at an Arbys in the Lima franchise area.They had a fish combo special for $3.99.My wife didn't want the fries so we asked if we could substitute a cherry turnover for the fries.Fries are listed on the menu for $1.49 and turnovers are $1.00.We were told that we couldn't substitute a lower priced item for an item in a combo because it was corporate policy.If we chose the items...
