In a crowded lunch area, finding a place with no lines is nice. That place is Arbys. Come in around noon and you'll find no line. I'm not sure why exactly that is, most of the food around here...

Horrible customer service and then they gave us buns that were hard as rocks. Next time an irate customer wants to talk to the manager, don't tell them that he is busy. Any GOOD customer service person know that you don't make the customer more irate by saying that. I will escalate the rudeness that we encountered to the corporate level.
