Awful! Just spent $30 for 3 sandwiches and fries. The fries are ice cold and the sandwiches have been microwaved. Disgusting food. Please just close this one down. Just disgusting.

I went through the drive thru today and ordered a Turkey Grand Sandwich and this is what I was given. I immediately went inside and spoke with the manager whom seem not care at all. The manager actually walked away for a moment then came back not sure why! but She did not seem concerned at apologizing one but and did not try to make it right although I did ask for my money back and received it....

How do you confuse a Turkey Avocado Sandwich, which i ordered, with a BLT?!?!?! I cant even eat bacon... so now no lunch for me and out 10 bucks. Thanks Arby's..... I was in there at the drive thru at about 1220 today.
