I went thru your drive thru 7-2-19 around 8:30pm. The drive thru operator asked to take my order, at which time i ordered 3 chicken finger dinners. I was matter of factly told, chicken finger dinners are what you order at Popeye's. I then apologized, looked at the menu and changed my order to 3 chicken "tender" dinners. I just visited the Fairfield, Ohio drive thru. The cashier at the drive thru was RUDE. I could tell she had an attitude as soon as she greeted us through the speaker. After ordering, we pulled around and when she FINALLY opened the window, there was no greeting just, "$15.37." I gave her my card and she shut the window. The problem is that she kept my card for at least 5 minutes. She should...

This is the worst Arby's in the country. I hate to scream racist but after 3 bad experiences of pure nastiness and wanting me to put the $ on the drive thru windows as opposed to touching it!...
