One time at this place, the employee to pull us forward and we were the only ones at this place. It took 20 mins to cook our food and they forgot my chicken tenders and a straw for my drink. One time today, they made my 5 piece chicken tenders wrong and they did it on purpose and we they cooked it again and they were black again and we got a refund. Arby's on Broadway St, YOU'RE HORRIBLE!

Just went thru Drive Thru and ordered a Medium Roast Beef. Paid the correct amount for a Medium Roast Beef. Got back to work and unwrapped a regular sized roast beef! RIPPED OFF!!

This location sucks so bad they should shut it down. Nobody knows what the hell they are doing. They have you standing at the counter at lunchtime waiting for someone to notice you standing there....
