in the last 6 months, I have given them three chances, and not a single time have they ever gotten my order correct. This lack of respect for the customer is alarming. The first time, I asked for roast beef melts, and in return I got COLD ham and swiss. that was enough to make me not go back for a few months, in hopes that whatever worker was the cause was gone. Second time? once again, ordered...

Every time my family goes in there we get excellent service. The employees are courteous and always going out of the way to make sure everything is right.

This place was awesome when it first opened..fresh food, great customer service, the whole works. The past few times we went I was very disappointed so we have quit going here. The customer service is what wore me off.
